So far, the applications you’ve installed are all available on Cydia installer, including OpenSSH, SBSettings and MxTube. If you’ve seen the applications from your friends that they are using now, but you can’t find on your Cydia installer. This is because the application they’ve used is from other sources, which you need to add it (repository) manually to Cydia installer. You can find a list of available repositories’ URL here. Now, prepare the URLs and follow below instructions to add the repository to your Cydia installer. The URL that I’m going to use for this guide would be http://cydia.iclarified.com/

- Step 1: Launch Cydia installer and go to Manage tab.

- Step 2: Select Sources and press Edit then Add buttons (top right corner).

- Step 3: Enter the URL to the text field and press Add Source button.

- Note: Cydia will verify the entered URL.

- Note: After verifying, Cydia will update the sources.

- Step 4: After updating completed, press Return to Cydia button.

- Step 5: Press Done button (top right corner) and select the added source.

- Step 6: Now, choose the applications you wish to install on your iPhone.
You can repeat the steps to add another repository to your Cydia installer.
Next, we’ll see how you can uninstall or remove the applications that you didn’t use anymore from Cydia installer. So, make sure you’ve subscribed to the RSS feeds.

wen evr i go to add any sources .. it says “repository not found………………..”
any source i go to add , it says “did not find repository. The indicated repository could not be found ….. ”
It says the same error.

Hi raichand,
The source maybe is no longer exist or is currently unavailable.
Make sure there is no typo error such as missing “/” at the end of the source you’re trying to add.
This sometime also happened to me, either I type the source name wrongly or I’ll try to add it at the later time.
I have 3g with 4.2 and when i add source repo666.ultrasn0w.com its show a long message that did not find repository. help please
